crystal bowl therapy

Crystal bowls are a relatively new addition to the range of instruments used in the practice of sound healing. Unlike the hand beaten Himalayan bowls the crystal bowls play a very pure note similar to the cast Himalayan bowls, with the more expensive bowls having perfect notes. Crystal bowl therapy is one of the gentlest forms of sound healing I have experienced but by no means weak or wishy washy. Some times we have become so comfortable with discordance in our lives that being exposed to the pure sound of crystal bowls can feel a bit grating at first, but using the mantra sound plus intent equals healing we will achieve the most perfect result.

The forks can be played in the aura around the body or in cases of painful blockages the handle or base of the fork is placed on the body until energy flow is once again reinstated. The tuning forks are used in one to one sessions to bring balance back to the recipient.
