- Weekly Guided Sonic Explorations: Each of the six sessions will include gentle guidance to help you connect with your own intuitive sounds and Light Language expressions.

- Intuitive Flow: Sessions will be guided by the energy of the group and the intuitive flow of sound, allowing for spontaneous and authentic expression each week.
GETTING READY FOR OUR ZOOM CIRCLE
- Comfortable Space: Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can make sound freely without feeling self-conscious for each session.
- Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is essential for participating fully in the live Zoom sessions.
- Open Heart and Mind: Come with a willingness to explore, listen, and express your soul’s unique language throughout the 6 weeks.
- Water: Keep water nearby to stay hydrated through out the session
- Journal: You may wish to have a journal to note any insights or experiences that arise during or after each session.
- Candle: For our circle, you might like to have a candle ready to light, provided it is safe to do so in your space.
- (Optional) Headphones: While not mandatory, hardwired headphones can enhance your listening experience during guided exercises

Shortly after booking, you will receive an email with the Zoom link to access the virtual group (at the designated time) plus information to help set up your device to enhance your experience.
For those new to the Virtual world please be assured that Zoom is a great platform. Ruby has been working with Zoom over the last five years to deliver workshops, support to my students and healing sessions. The virtual platform Zoom is easy to navigate and connect with and the workshop will be delivered in real time.
Technical Requirements: ZOOM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum bandwidth is 600kbps and recommended is 1.5Mbps, if you are able to access you tube / Netflix you will be able to access zoom. ZOOM RECOMMENDATIONS: Either good speakers or headsets

Yes! You are warmly invited to join and bathe in the healing energies. Participate in whatever way resonates with you.

What will I experience if I don't understand the light language?
You can expect to feel the energy and vibrations of the light language washing over you. Many find this to be a soothing, uplifting, and potentially healing experience, even without intellectual understanding. You’ll be guided to relax and receive its benefits.
Is this workshop for beginners in energy work or spirituality?
Absolutely! No prior experience is required. Everyone is welcome to join.
Can you explain what light language is?
Light language is a channeled form of communication that transmits energy and information beyond the limitations of spoken language. It often expresses itself through sounds, tones, and sometimes gestures.
I might not be able to attend all the live sessions. What happens then?
If you are unable to attend a live session, you will receive an audio recording of that session. This recording is for your personal use only, allowing you to still engage with the content at your own pace.
