Getting Ready for Our Zoom Circle

  • Comfortable Space: Ensure you have a quiet and comfortable environment where you can move and make sound freely without feeling self-conscious.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection is essential for participating fully in the live Zoom sessions.
  • Open Mind and Willingness to Explore: Be open to experimenting with sound and your voice in new ways, embracing the journey of self-discovery.
  • Water: Keep water nearby to stay hydrated throughout the session.
  • Journal: You may wish to have a journal to note any insights or experiences that arise during or after each session.
  • Candle: For our circle, you might like to have a candle ready to light, provided it is safe to do so in your space.
  • (Optional) Headphones: While not mandatory, hardwired headphones can enhance your listening experience during guided exercises.

Absolutely not! This workshop is for everyone, regardless of their singing ability or prior vocal experience. It’s about exploring the natural healing power inherent in your voice, not about performance.

We will engage in a variety of gentle vocal exercises, toning practices, sound meditations, intuitive vocalizations, and explorations of breath and resonance. The focus will be on releasing inhibitions, connecting with your authentic sound, and experiencing its therapeutic effects.

If you are unable to attend a live session, you will receive an audio recording of that session. This recording is for your personal use only, allowing you to still engage with the content at your own pace.
