Each Gong Bath will have a unique theme or intention, such as stress relief, emotional release, or cultivating inner peace.

During the session, our experienced gong master will skillfully manipulate the frequencies of the gongs, creating a sound field specifically designed to support the chosen theme. This dynamic interplay of sounds can help to:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Release emotional blockages
• Improve sleep quality
• Increase energy levels
• Promote deep relaxation

We’ll provide everything else, including yoga mats, blankets and optional cacao.

THINGS TO NOTE

Please arrive 30-15 minutes before the start time to allow time to get settled. Please be aware that no late arrivals will be allowed in after the start time to ensure no disturbances for the group. Each session is limited to 4 participants.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. It is recommended to avoid alcohol for up to 24 hours before the session.
