Reclaim Your Inner Light: A Sacred Ritual of Solar Preparation

In the midst of holiday preparations, your energy is your most precious gift. Join us for a single, powerful day to replenish your spirit and prepare for the winter season from a place of profound inner calm.

This is not just a retreat; it’s a sacred ritual of self-care, expertly timed for Solar Preparation just before the Winter Solstice. The Solstice marks the moment of maximal darkness and the rebirth of the Sun’s light (known esoterically as the Solar Shift). We will use this potent energy to clear the shadow, ignite your inner reserves, and align your vessel to receive the returning solar light from a place of clarity and strength.

A heart-opening ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao (optional) to facilitate gentle emotional integration and nourish your spirit, preparing the Heart Chakra to anchor your core Inner Light.

Lay down for a deep, extended session of vibrational healing using planetary gongs (focusing on solar and earth tones), singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments to induce profound relaxation and reset your nervous system’s core vibration in preparation for the shift.

frequently asked questions

A gong bath is a form of sound healing meditation where participants relax, typically lying down, while immersed in the sounds and vibrations of gongs.

During a session, you’ll be surrounded by sound waves produced by gongs, and sometimes other instruments like singing bowls and chimes. These sounds promote deep relaxation and may help to reduce stress and promote a sense of balance.

The primary requirement is to relax and be open to the experience. Participants usually lie down comfortably, close their eyes, and allow the sounds to wash over them.

We encourage you to wear warm, comfortable layers and thick socks. We provide yoga mats, blankets, and your optional ceremonial cacao. It is recommended to avoid alcohol for up to 24 hours before the session.

Gong baths are generally used to promote relaxation and stress reduction. Some people report benefits such as improved sleep quality, increased mindfulness, reduced anxiety, and a greater sense of well-being.

A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the start time.
